C h a r t e r R a t e s

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A deposit of $200.00 per day inshore and $400 per day offshore will be
expected at time of booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the
charter is cancelled by the angler within 7 days of the date of the charter the
angler will be charged the full amount of the charter depending upon, and at
the full discretion of, the captain, and the circumstances of the cancellation.
If proper notice is given to the Captain the deposit will be held and credited
to another trip. Weather is a constant consideration for the cancellation of a
charter and the deposit for that day will be held over to another date.
WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF A CHARTER ONLY THE CAPTAIN CAN
CANCEL THAT CHARTER AT NO CHARGE !!!!!
